Konstantine Malishevski, un'autorit\u00e0 nella produzione e vendita al dettaglio di moda, ha una esperienza da sarto lunga quattro generazioni. Quando era adeolescente, \u00e8 stato introdotto nel settore della sartoria da sua nonna, una sarta couture. Le sue creazioni sono state esposte alla Mostra Nazionale di Odessa, in Ucraina, e al Centro Espositivo Nazionale VDNH di Mosca.<\/span><\/p>
Following formal collage training and a period as an apprentice tailor to several fashion house masters, Konstantine opened his own hand-tailored brand in the late eighties. In 1992 he relocated to Canada where he moved into the fashion manufacturing sector. During this time, he accumulated a versatile set of qualifications while holding a number of senior management and technical positions. In these roles he expanded his considerable experience in fashion manufacturing into fashion retailing. He was responsible for sourcing, developing and assisting in the growth of a number of international brands into the Canadian market. These included the likes of Haggar, Perry Ellis, Corneliani, Giorgio G (by Giorgio Gucci), Holland Esq., David Mayer Naman and others. Following this success, Konstantine founded Malishevski Group Inc. in 2004<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

With over three decades of industry experience, Konstantine is highly respected for his expertise in retail strategy, product development, and his unique ability to bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers. His specialized training in made-to-measure retail has elevated technical skills across the industry, empowering businesses to excel in custom tailoring.<\/span> Known for his entrepreneurial drive and collaborative approach, Konstantine has successfully launched and scaled fashion enterprises by elevating technical skills in retail and tailoring to achieve sustainable growth. His designs have been worn by celebrities at events like the Oscars, <\/span>and he has been featured in interviews with mainstream media<\/span><\/p>\n
Outside of his professional life, he enjoys music, gourmet cooking, and photography<\/span><\/p>\n
Erika Ahm is our Director of Sales who holds a double BA degree from\u00a0<\/span>Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (Santo Doimingo, Dominican Republic) and I<\/span>nstitut Superior de L’administracio (Barcelona, Spain).\u00a0 She also has a degree in\u00a0<\/span>design from New York Institute of Art and Design (formerly Sheffield School of Interior Design).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
With such multicultural background and studies, Erika has an array of experience in Business Development and Marketing, focused on streamlining processes and making them more efficient. \u00a0As a seasoned industry professional, she understands \u201cthe wants and needs\u201d on both sides of the table.\u00a0 Erika is powered by her expert knowledge, leadership, and creativity required to develop effective sales strategies, and processes, as well as build the successful brand image. \u00a0She thrives on challenges and hardships, particularly those that enhance the company\u2019s reach, and her \u201ceagle eyes\u201d can easily detect the slightest of changes in market trends.\u00a0 Before joining our company, Erika\u2019s contributed to a growth of a number of companies in various capacities as a Project Manager, Sales Manager, and a Product Developer.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
Daniela Tuccino \u00e8 partner regionale di marketing e sviluppo aziendale per la pratica italiana dell'azienda. Laureata in Relazioni Internazionali presso la rinomata Universit\u00e0 L'Orientale di Napoli, Daniela ha iniziato la sua carriera come assistente nel settore degli eventi pubblici. Successivamente ha assunto un ruolo di senior management responsabile della gestione di clienti italiani e internazionali. Dopo aver coordinato una serie di mostre legate alla moda, Daniela ha scoperto che la sua vera vocazione era in realt\u00e0, nel mondo dell'abbigliamento e degli accessori di lusso.<\/span><\/p>
Nel 2016, Daniela si \u00e8 trasferita in Canada e ha studiato Fashion Management presso il George Brown College di Toronto. Dopo la laurea, ha continuato a coltivare il suo interesse nel settore lavorando come consulente per Inditex prima di entrare a far parte del Gruppo Malishevski come project manager internazionale, contribuendo al miglioramento del marchio e alla identit\u00e0 aziendale.<\/span><\/p>
Dopo essere tornata in Italia, Daniela ha assunto il suo ruolo attuale ed \u00e8 attivamente coinvolta nell'aiutare a pianificare ed eseguire la visione creativa dei clienti del gruppo.
