- Governing Law
The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any dispute arising under the Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the provincial courts in the Province of Ontario.
